Safety Compass – Abuse Prevention Program
Safety Compass is an educational and abuse prevention program for children and parents that provides an in-depth opportunity to learn specific techniques to help protect children from sexual abuse, abduction and victimization.
Safety Compass for Children works with kids from 3 to 13 with different programs for various age groups that focus on teaching children how to recognize potentially dangerous situations and how to react if the need arises. We empower the kids with an understanding of personal space, healthy boundaries, assertive response, peer influence, self-respect and so much more.
Safety Compass for Parents is a course that educates adults on the myth of stranger danger, specific ways to help protect their children from sexual predators, internet safety and more. This program also provides instruction on establishing open lines of communication with kids, teaching them about personal boundaries and building confidence in children.
The children’s program runs for 20 minutes a week for 8 weeks.
This program is available to schools and churches. Contact us to learn more…
